Objet : Error while creating auto reply
Hi All,
My Auto Responses is empty.
When we try to create / add info and content in the body, we have this error
message:
Hello Placide,
‘charset’ column was deleted for OTRS 5, ‘utf8’ should be de only one on the
system.
This field is deleted on 'scripts/DBUpdate-to-5.pl’, check that you have latest
version for
your OTRS system files.
