Hi Lukasz, Thanks for your reply on the FAQ article help. Im not sure if I understand what you said about the f_subject and other fields. Please let me know what are these f_subject, f_field1 etc .. What do these attributes represent when I select them ? Could you please tell me what they mean

Harg, this is going to be very long :D ... What Lukasz has indicated you are the fields related to the FAQ's tables in the OTRS database. OTRS store the information that you enter in the variuos forms of the tool in a repository. With the SELECT provided, that must be executed via command line

Hey Winter, f_subject is the Title of the FAQ entry, f_field1 through f_field6 are other fields within the FAQ entry (solution, problem, symptom... etc), unfortunately I can not identify these for you as we are currently only using f_field3 (solution) and f_subject (we put our FAQ questions as

Hi Please let me know if it is possible to download an FAQ article in OTRS. I'am looking for a way where we can download the content of an FAQ article but not the attachments. Some way where I can extract the data . We have about 74 FAQ articles . Copy and pasting all the articles would consume

Hi Winter, You may want to try entering this into the SQL box in the administration section of OTRS. select f_subject, f_field1, f_field2, f_field3, f_field4, f_field5 from faq_item Then set the limit to above 74, and the output to CVS. You may not want to include all those f_fields, I know we
