Is there an easy way to restore just the FAQ's from the database dump?

Actually, after using the "force" option (sorry, missed that) I can see
the tickets again.  However I received a number of errors while running
the upgrade script still - are these normal?

1062 (23000) at line 60: Duplicate entry 'default' for key 2 ERROR 1050

(42S01) at line 138: Table 'sla' already exists

Are these normal, or can I expect other problems?

I'm not having any success at all.  I've done a SQL backup, grabbed the
configs, uninstall 2.1.5.  I install 2.2.1, restore the database, *AND*
do run the 2.1->2.2 DB upgrade script.

I still receive the following error:

Software error:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at
C:/OTRS/otrs//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1395.

I did notice an error when running the SQL upgrade script as well.

Any suggestions?
