Have you read through... http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/adminarea.html ? You need to configure OTRS to pull from a mail account or pipe mail into OTRS, then setup an Email Address within OTRS, setup a filter to direct the incoming email to the "raw" queue and assign auto responses to the "raw" qu
