Title: Feature request - Meta Ticket Identifier

Can we have a high-level ticket title?

When I go into all of my tickets I currently own, I try to remember which ticket is related to what.  The problem with this is they manner is which the tickets are identified.  The most distinguishing characteristic right now is the 'Subject line'.  But the subject line is constantly changing as emails are sent back and forth between customer, user and interested third parties.

What I propose, is a  ticket title of sorts.  This would remain constant and be used as a way to quickly identify a ticket (without having it change).

Any thoughts or ideas?  :-)
