it's been a few day that i find in the OTRS.LOG file an error:
[Mon May 21 15:00:03 2007][Error][C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/GenericAgent.pl][100] Module
'Kernel::Config::GenericAgent' not found!
How can I fix it?
