please can help me to understand how to grant the feature "Customer Search" from Ticket interface, when I try to activate this feature from a generic OTRS users I receive the following error message: [ OTRS <http://138.132.90.117/otrs/index.pl?> ] Mar 30 Giu 2009 17:57:44 Autorizzazione negata! Messaggio: No Permission to use this frontend module!
