Using 2.2, I have been requested to support customer logins from multiple backends using LDAP. Have completed this and users are able to login, customers from groupA see each others tickets from groupA using Company Tickets, gave them the same customerID and this is working. Customers from groupB see each others from groupB also using 2nd cusotmerID. Great, just want I wanted.
Next request was to allow a third group to create tickets and have them available to all customers under Company Tickets. So far I have altered the customer_user table in MySQL to add the customer_IDs field. The question is, is there are easy way to have all customers use the same customer_IDs value. Also do I need to repeate the value that I have mapped in customer_id?
