Hi,
I try to upgrade OTRS 2.3.4 to OTRS 2.4.1, the database upgrade script
DBUpdate-to-2.4.mysql.sql run successfully, I use backend DB as oracle 10g r2.
but after when i try to run the DBUpdate-to-2.4.pl script as otrs user it gives
me perl error,
