i try to schedule this like cron job in window , following i done
above code created batch file like report.bat . aft
I know I can have OTRS auto assign tickets, but is there a way for me to put a
agents work schedule in so that OTRS takes into account the schedule and their
current load?

Hi Paul, yes, but you'd need to generate it by means of a cron job. This
cron job can call otrs.GenerateStats.pl script. See:
http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/stats-managing-the-stats-module-by-the-sysadmin.html#stats-mkstats
You can let the script send your reports via email, or save them to disk.
