this is not a otrs error, it is a reply from your smtp server. Probably it
has implemented a antispam rules so it is not able to relay.
Work on this or ask at your postmaster to debug the reasons (localhost
address in from or r...@localhost as sender or ip not allowed or else)

Hi,
I am not able to send email in the OTRS system to external people. When I send
to internal staff it's ok.
