Finanly I've got the go ahead to upgrade :-) I've just got one question, I
have created several generic agent pm files, each with a specfic task:
# */10 * * * * /opt/otrs/bin/GenericAgent.pl -c 'Kernel::Config::Mover'
/dev/null
# */10 * * * * /opt/otrs/bin/GenericAgent.pl -c
