Subject: [otrs] Upgrading from 2.4 to 3.0.10
I am attempting to upgrade OTRS using the instruction from
http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/upgrading.html . I am unclear as to what to do
on a few of the steps as well as getting errors.
It says to look for the files in opt/otrs, however the 3.0.
