Dear OTRS Experts, currently we've upgrade from version 1.3.2 to 2.0.1, everything goes well after update the schema provided in the package. However, we still have prob displaying the stats-are in menu bar. I've go through the document, but still have no clue to fix this prob.
I would appreciate if someone else can provide any info that I can update from configuration files. Thanks in advance. btw, I updated OTRS from rpm downloaded from official website.
