On second page of Roadmap I can see:
0.7.0 N/AFeature request Support Linuxopen
and the planning is:

Version 0.6.0 of ((OTRS-Manager))
- will presumably be released on 24.11.2008 ,
- is 95% completed (Updated 09.11.2008) and
- is completely implemented.
This is what I mean
What about support for another OS - seems to run only on Windows right now.

I've to retire this post. otrs-manager works with 2.4.x
BTW I would like to have version 6.0 (that should have been ready at
november 2008)
