Cool, maybe it's something I might take a look at again. But after being bitten by it a few years back I just tend to leave it alone and stick with out-of-the-box, it does everything I need and you can remove just about all of the "OTRS" branding using SysConfig and custom images. Steve On 16 A

Altered templates for what exactly? what are you wanting to change? If it's the main GUI then my response would be "why?", in the past 6 years that I've used OTRS one of the things I've learned to do more and more is not bother tweaking the GUI. The reason being is that the OTRS code is evolving f
