[otrs] Problems with UTF-8 mail subjects

Hi, I have some problems with UTF-8 mail subjects and otrs. The first comes from otrs logging. I use Kernel::System::Log::File logging method. It has some problems with message subjects containing non-english characters. I have log lines like this: [Sat Sep 6 23:18:03 2008][Notice][Kernel::Sy
