Hi Peter,
You can set that up in the config that the locked tickets are still shown in
the queues. And you can even set a specific timerange to unlock tickets
automaticly when you dont make a change to the ticket.

So you mean the locked Tickets, right? Well I think you will have to change the
coding for that a little bit. As the default says to show you the "my queue" at
login.

Hi Peter,
Your personal queue is normally what you marked in preferences. If you marked
some in preferences all the tickets in that queues will show up in "my queues".
Is that what you are trying to accomplish?
