did an StatusView implementation in order to obtain a dashboard/monitor of help
desk activities(see image enclosed, sorry is in
Italian).
So
I'm able to get:
Open Tickets Age Distribution (Et dei Ticket Aperti):
Number of tickets that are open for more of 3 days, 1 day, 8
in implementing this kind of
statistics on my OTRS system as well J
