Hallo OTRS Gemeinde, Ich habe ein Problem und leider komm ich nicht weiter. Die Datenbank unter Mysql läuft einwandfrei, im OTRS wurde der Server eingetragen, über shell geht der login auf die mysal db auch. Egal ob ich mich jetzt mit wie oben sichtbar als r...@localhost einlogge oder einen anderen user, es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung, leider. Vllt. hat jemand einen Ansatzpunkt.
