Hallo.
Trotz des Eintrags von :
$Self->{QueueViewAllPossibleTickets} = 1;
in der /Kernel/Config.pm
und der Zuweisung von Berechtigung RO in einer Gruppe, wird diese nicht in der Queue angezeigt.
Wo könnte noch der Fehler liegen ?
