Comcast DNS servers (75.75.75.75, 75.75.76.76) seem to be down. Web pages
were suck at dns resolution phase, switching to Google DNS solved the
problem immediately.
Tested from San Francisco.

The issue has been resolved as of 12:55PM CST today. It started at 9:03AM CST
and all local calling to the 480 LATA was disrupted. We had tickets open with
L3, Verizon, voip innovations and AT&T all stated that the issue is with a
tandem trunk. Nobody knows what was done to fix the issue but cal
I don't get enough calls from that area to say with statistical
significance. I have seen calls from Mobile, AL CallerID to our DIDs on L3
and other carriers today though.
