Anyone else see access down to ipv6.cogentco.com and www.cogentco.com down from 4:28 to 4:38 pm (U.S. Central)? They resolve to the same , at least for us. We recorded ICMPv6 down to www.cogentco.com and HTTPv6 to ipv6.cogentco.com. None of the other 70+ sites we monitor came into alarm dur
