Reportedly a switching loop that's causing "disconnects". I started
seeing the impact around 7:26PM PDT.
It's causing a lot more than that: support chat is broken, web-based
ticket creation is broken, "MyRackspace" is currently down ("but that's
unrelated maintenance"...).

We had issues as well and were told by ATT that they had a cut between
Atlanta and New Orleans. No idea if this impacted you, but it did us. They
had to reroute a lot of traffic and saturated a link as a result.
