No you all are correct. My local provider at work is ATT and the traffic was
dying as soon as it hit their router. The routes are back in the BGP table now
and I can get there through the same path as both of you.
Bottom line, for a brief period of time the network 209.204.160.0/19 was not in

BGP Looking Glass says network not in table. Looks like the routes were
withdrawn.
