Looks like ServiceNow may have recently botched a KSK roll.
8.8.8.8 is intermittently giving out SERVFAIL responses, and my own
resolvers had SERVFAILs (we are a SN shop), starting around 1545 US/Pacific.

Level 3 is working a fiber cut north of Jacksonville.
01/27/2017 17:05:27 GMT - Fiber testing has been performed which has isolated
the location of the suspected fiber cut to Jacksonville, FL instead of
Folkston, GA as originally reported. Field Services from Jacksonville remain
en route to
“Me too” on L3 Tampa 10gig circuits; customer complaints are starting to arrive
about crawling websites.

Can confirm, we see two customers with loss at level3 in FL (Both use
frontier fiber)
