the issue we experienced was audio quality issues from peerless network
issue was reportedly due to a fiber cut with windstream, not sure where the
cut was. as of 12:40 EST it was restored.

I don't see a problem here. Transitive drops and rate limits that don't
persist through the trace. Where are you heading, and what are the issues

En plus de souci sur SBG, nous avons le souci sur le réseau optique en Europe
qui interconnecte RBX et GRA avec les POP. Il est down (!!).
