Add Windstream to the list of Don’t Work as I tested from Windstream and AT&T
myself.
I got an automated message back from the Wholesale support stating they have 3
of 5 sites down for repair at the moment.

in the Eastern region of the US.
Got a whole block of DIDs that went down from it.

Inbound fails unless your on Verizon. Confirmed higher level outage.
Outbound we have routed via another carrier but before doing so toll free
completed but took a long time to connect and local calls failed.
