Power at only one of my locations went out and came back but we have no ISP
service from either both Verizon or
Spectrum/TimeWarner/Frontier/Whoevertheyare.

We’ve been told this is due to a storm in the area that has disabled power,
currently no ETA on restoration of power.

CenturyLink is telling us that their last mile provider has an OC48 down in
the Santa Barbara area. No ETTR at this time.

1736 UTC.
Our carrier blamed CenturyLink and pointed to DownDetector as evidence,
which seemed a bit weak and non-specific.
