[outages] Lumen - Internet issues

Anybody have insider info about what's going on with Lumen in the UK at the moment? We've had intermittent packet loss and downtime since about 9.30am this morning, updates from the Lumen NOC have been largely free of useful information, they have though apparently just set up a bridge ~6 hours
