I have AT fiber in the Chicago area and I'm having trouble reaching several different sites, including AWS, GitHub, OVH, and some DigitalOcean DCs. I don't seem to have any issues with GCP, Cloudflare, Facebook, Twitter. traceroute to cognito-idp.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com (3.67.102.134), 30 hops

according to support posts from MS it's not all tenants. ours was affected, very long lag times, failed messages, images not loading etc. ms stated adding more resources to affected tenants now. this appears to have alleviated the worst symptoms for us now. Bruce Orcutt UTSA Libraries:
