We're seeing massive latency increases (normal 50-60ms, now up to
4000-6000ms) between our customers and our datacenter in LA, mostly from
customers and end users on Spectrum. Downdetector is showing a spike in
issues. Anyone else seeing something similar?

Looks like Spectrum is hard down, at least in the San Fernando valley.
Several coworkers are out and our dedicated Spectrum circuit from The Valley to
downtown is out. Downdetector is going nuts.

As a late sort of confirmation, our upstream provider removed Level 3 at about
545am PST because of bad routes.

datacenter about 80% of the time at the moment. Other public DNS servers seem
to be happily returning what they need to. Anyone else seeing this?
