IP connectivity appears to be OK, but the web-based service for HE's BGP toolkit page appears to be unavailable at the moment. I've not been monitoring or have insight into their network status, but presumably this is a temporary, transient issue for those that use the service. John _

There appears to be some sort of significant service outage for some AT&T customers throughout the U.S. today. Details are pretty sketchy right now, but it appears to primarily effect the subset of customers with VoIP-related services. John ___ Outages
