We are seeing ongoing packet loss issues as well with Spectrum on the east
coast

I'm seeing consistent packet loss getting to Comcast endpoints in the
northeast US.

We saw IP transit traffic die going across twtc as4323 from Raleigh NC,
although BGP sessions stayed up

We are observing packet loss on Hibernia transit in the US, from their NOC -
"There is a major outage ongoing in the Ashburn / Atlanta region,
where we lost a high capacity backbone link."
Haven't yet seen evidence but guessing other providers may be affected
we are seeing major packet loss (90% +) on traffic going from Frankfurt to
the US, packet loss seems to be between Frankfurt and Amsterdam
Opening ticket w/ Cogent now, seems to be a daily routine now.

we're seeing very high 90% packet loss from Cogent Frankfurt going back to
the US (fra->ams link). I've opened a ticket w/ them but they are unable
to duplicate thus far
is anyone else seeing similar issues?

We are seeing sporadic packet loss happen on Level3 IP circuit in Raleigh,
this shows up when testing across paths such as Dallas->Raleigh. Similar
results when doing extended mtr/ping to multiple Level3 customers in Raleigh
Ticket submitted to L3 but no confirmation yet from them, is anyone else
FYI, Level3 has acknowledged the issue but no ETR yet.

Starting at approx 06:00 UTC we had a strange issue with TCP/UDP traffic
dying on Level3 in Dallas, although ICMP looked clean. For now we've
stopped sending traffic to Level3 in Dallas.
Anyone else seeing similar issues?
