range. It will be fine for 20-ish minutes, then have several bouts of 100%
packet loss for a minute or two each.

Have there been any updates or further information on this? I'm in Houston
and my phone works fine, but my wife's is a paperweight. No data, voice, or
SMS. Swapping her SIM card to my phone yields the same results, so it seems
to be random as to who is affected.
