Something went on with HE in STL/KC also, I saw a few hits/drops between around
1:05 and 1:20pm central or so. BGP timers show tons of routes with reset
counters for an HE site in STL. ISP we have at sites in Dallas and KC also
took a hit, and HE is one of their main transit providers. Only c
Seeing packetloss/routing issues starting around 15 minutes ago or so. Saw a
path change resulting in massive latency changes around 1pm this afternoon,
things look to have reverted back to the previous path and the packetloss
issues started right after that. Issues include San Antonio, Austin
We saw issues reaching Azure USWest resource from he.net in the Midwest, via 2
different peer/pops with them. 10% plus packetloss. It just got fixed moments
ago.

We were affected as well, but not just with sites in Georgia. A charter site
in Missouri had reachability issues for any destination traffic that passed
through charters network in Atlanta. For example we had trouble reaching a
site in New Orleans with SLFiber(Uniti) that the traffic exchange
Charter/Spectrum has lost routes to Zayo, GTT looks to be affected as well.
Ive checked a few others, Comcast and Level3 look unaffected. Sites are not
totally offline or unreachable but are seeing limited reachability. We only
have 2 with Zayo, Memphis and Charlotte, but both are affected.
