Seeing some packet loss over Cogent and Telia going towards AZ from DFW and
from Cali. Telia reports a cable fault in SFO causing congestion in the
network. I imagine other providers might be in the same boat.

Anyone else affected by these routing loops? According to Telstra they
turned up a new link about 7 hours ago between them and Level3 and since
then there has been routing loops. They turned the link down for an hour
and that fixed it but now its back up and they are continuing to
troubleshoot thes

Is anyone aware of a fiber cut in CA this morning affecting routes to PHX &
DFW? I've seen a lot of complaints from customers and some updates from IO
Datacenter out in Scottsdale mentioning a fiber cut.
