Clearwave/Hargray/Sparklight had a major transport cut and lost
their backup to a different cut as well. No etr- but they service a lot
of vzw infrastructure in the affected areas.
Both GA and SC total outage in the savannah area.

Multiple reports of Verizon issues across the country.
I lost something like 30 LTE modems.
Circuit provider working with Verizon says they have over 1000 sites down,
with reports of cell phones out as well. looks pretty bad for VZW

We lost all inbound and outbound on our ATT sip.
A call to the bvoip line states a network event has occurred and there bare
unusually high call volumes.
Anyone have any information on this?
I am in South Georgia with a SIP here as well as in Atlanta as well that
doesn't work in either area.

That correlates with the timing of some really weird DNS issues for us.
(ISP=Hargray)
Ie some webpages would load some wouldn't. we lost 1/3 of our vpns and
about half our public ips were not pingable from some different isps.
Then it just magically cleared up. Felt like about 4 ,months ago w
www.google.com resolves to diff ip for me and is fine.
If i ping the ip you listed i show loss/drops..
