Is anyone aware of issues with the InContact cloud-based call center
platform that would cause an impact of some kind whether that impact
partially impacts their platform or possibly a full-on outage?
Thanks!!

As of around 2:20 a.m. Eastern, all of our toll free traffic on the "blue"
side of Level (formerly Global Crossing) is dead. We're having to point
toll free numbers to ringto numbers on the "red" site (voice complete) and
we are losing a LOT of calls. Anyone else? This trunk is coming in to

Apparently there's a Zayo fiber cut impacting folks in Atlanta. We're at
QTS (metro) and the connection between QTS and Telx at 56 Marietta has been
down for hours due to this cut. Supposedly Zayo is repairing as I type this
e-mail.

We've been having issues with dedicated Internet in San Antonio. It's not
completely down, but we're losing packets intermittently--just enough to
drop clients from Internet applications briefly and force them to
reconnect. Anyone else experiencing that in the San Antonio market?
Thanks!

We've been with Windstream ever since they bought Paetec. Trust me, it's
garbage on an incomprehensible level.

We've been down in Atlanta for about 24 hours straight now. They're saying
that ATT is rebuilding a Ciena. San Antonio then lost connectivity as
well--not sure what is going on there yet. Absolute garbage network.

We had issues as well and were told by ATT that they had a cut between
Atlanta and New Orleans. No idea if this impacted you, but it did us. They
had to reroute a lot of traffic and saturated a link as a result.

Our office in Jefferson City, MO is down due to a Centurylink fiber cut.
We're a Windstream customer. We haven't been given an ETA as of yet. I'm
hearing this is impacting a large area of MO, but that's coming from the
Windstream NOC--not the greatest of technical folks.

Anyone familiar with an outage impacting Windstream in the Jeff City, MO
area? Windstream tech has commented some type of failure between
Centurylink and Windstream. We've been down for a couple hours now.

We've been battling intermittent outages with our Windstream MPLS network
for a long while now. Yes, there are the major outages we've suffered that
seem to impact Windstream customers nationwide, but on top of those we also
have intermittent outages that seem to only impact our Atlanta location,
