All services restored on AT&T and VzB MPLS in FL.
Still to answer: was this a "fiber *cut*", permanently fixed, or "logical,
service *cut*-over btw VzB and Frontier" gone wrong? If the latter - was
this backed out, with soon to be re-implemented (with the possibility of
same results)?

One of the ISPs claims that this is rather the result of "Frontier taking
over / switch over from VzB services in FL, CA & TX"??? Could someone
confirm that? It certainly departs from the fiber cut original message, but
may better explain the impact on other I/NSPs.
Thank you,

On Apr 1,
Lost both AT&T and VzB MPLS, in St Petersburg, FL.

No BGP neighbor loss on any site, but IP SLA degradation/indications
associated with MPLS connectivity into Verizon's cloud, from sites in the
US and Northern Ireland (so far). From around 3:00AM CST to around 4:40AM
CST - intermittently.
