One of my clients just contacted me regarding things being broken with
their network. Digging a little it looks like it might be an issue with
Verizon FiOS business class.
This started around 11:36AM (Eastern US time) but I don't have any
additional data on it, if anyone has anything relevant reg

FYI,
This was part of a planned regional outage. Our upstream provider was alerted
to this maintenance on Monday and passed word to us. It looks like Level3 has
blown past their window in some areas...
