I had 3 sites bounce:
1 in Lebanon Oregon,
1 in Eugene Oregon,
And 1 in Nampa ID.
All dropped due to outage in the "CL System" from 7:59AM to 8:04AM EST

We saw this for several of our customers in MN as well as a few long haul
circuits. Our private CL MOE fiber circuits for intradatacenter were not
affected.
We also noticed nothing lost train from the CPE perspective, so it seems like a
routing / transit issue and not a cut.

It looks like we observed a few minute outage this morning through multiple
CenturyLink circuits in the Columbus OH area through multiplle offices and
data center for our internet facing circuits. It looked like it wasn't
long enough to kill the BGP session but definitely traffic was not passing.
