It looks like Google DNS is fine, but that 'prolocation.net' is having some kind of peering issue that leads to trouble for 'rijksoverheid.nl'. Both XS4ALL and TransIP stop at 'openpeering.prolocation.net' on what looks to be NIKHEF; == $ traceroute rijksoverheid.nl traceroute to rijksoverheid.n
