You guys really need to learn how to use traceroute/ping. Loss and latency
in the middle does not matter. Latency and loss at a destination might be
problem. ICMP isn't even a great way to test that.

+1 to this. L3 does not prioritize PING and their routers will frequently
show this, as long as it doesn't persist through the rest of the hops to
the end it's meaningless.

What's the issue? The trace completes just fine and latency and loss do not
persist past that intermediate hop.

Seeing a traffic issue ingress to North Eastern PA from OH and KY on the
Spectrum network. Reported issue to Spectrum but no details yet. This started
yesterday morning 8/27. Anyone else seeing these issues?
