Spectrum is telling me there's a "hub" outage, which connect their "nodes" together. Outage began at 3:25pm EST. Inbound traces through the old Time Warner (RoadRunner) network fail in NYC. Internet and TV are both affected, I'm sure voice is out too. Fiber cut? They haven't provided any detai
