That was raised by me, if I recall, in job—. It was related to an ACL change
they did which caused fragmented UDP packets (the fragment not containing UDP
headers) to get dropped.
Does the issue sound similar?

Wasn't there a post here or NANOG about voip being manipulated or dropped
by Spectrum? I may have seen it on Reddit.

i am facing an issue with VoIP/SIP
pockets from my datacenter to a specific IP are not making it to the
destination,
1 HOP before the Default gateway sends the packets to another destination
perhaps ?
