Position: Web Content Architect (Back Fill) Location: Albany, NY Duration: 8 Months Rate: $40 - 43/hr Please note that this is a 37.5 hour work week. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Experience with Large website design 2. Experience Content Management Systems. 3. Ability to organize related Web content and present it in a consistent manner. 4. Ability to take static un-structured content and transform it structured database-ready content. 5. Proficient in using the Web as a business tool, current Web protocol, Web design best practices, current Web technologies, and search engine optimization. 6. XHTML coding and proper Web page formatting for search engine optimization. Prior experience with (SiteCore) Content Management Systems is strongly desired. Desirable Experience: 1. The ideal candidate will be familiar with: database functionality, structured-content, dynamic applications, and SiteCore. 2. Prior experience in managing a small staff of Web Editors is preferable. The ideal candidate will be able to work with Web Content Editors regarding their Web pages, and offer assistance in structuring and organizing content. Ability to work with .Net developer on information architecture is desired. Project management experience is desired, as is the ability to work-with and manage a small staff of Web editors.
