*Job Title : Sr .NET Developer w strong MVC experience Location : Center City Philly, PA Duration : 6 Months Contract to hire Rate : Market EAD/GC or US Citizen Only Please* OBJECTIVE: Developing enterprise software for internal and external customers, both web-based and rich client based architectures. The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function. • Extensive C# and Web development • Participates in full software development lifecycle activities including estimation, architecture, design, construction, integration, DB development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, deployment, support, and maintenance • Collaborates on system architecture decisions • Works with internal customers to gather requirements, review solution designs, and provide system support • Writes detailed functional specification and design documents • Writes documentation that describes installation and operating procedures • Works with and coordinates external vendors and contract staff for outsourced development and integration projects • Provides routine status reporting to management • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: College degree or related field with minimum 5-10 years experience in skills and competencies described below. A minimum of 5 years related experience in designing, building and supporting advanced technical solutions in customer facing, senior roles Skills and Competencies: -5+ years of experience designing and developing complex .NET systems - Strong C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and VS.NET (.NET 3.5) experience - Extensive experience with Design Patterns and using SOLID programming principles - ASP.NET MVC - Experience with nHibernate/DLinq/, VisualStudio.Net, nUnit, mocks - Development with Loosely coupled, multi-tiered, layered, service-oriented SCF Architecture - XML, Web Services, SOAP, SOAP Extensions a Plus - N-Tier development experience - Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation - IIS and SQL Server experience - Experience with development methodologies with emphasis on domain/entity modeling and test-driven development - Full project life-cycle experience encompassing analysis, design, coding and implementation of large scale OO systems - Hands-on experience as a developer and lead designer/architect on large scale systems - Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills using Domain-Driven Development (DDD) - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Extreme Programming) - Ability to effectively estimate work and meet committed deadlines - Strong written and oral communication skills - Experience working with and building relationships with end users and internal customers - Must be able to Model solutions in Visio - Must be able to design and implement technical solutions to Enterprise business problems regardless of technologies, vendors and politics. - Must demonstrate solid security fundamentals within design, implementation, and management of any solution and be able to articulate the value and reasons security is core to any solution - Self-starter, able to work as part of a small team as well as independently, with minimal supervision. - High energy, positive attitude, professional and mature. - Ability to provide creative solutions and desire to keep up with advances in technology. - Banking with ACH and Check21 a plus -------------------------------------------------- Thanks and Best Regards, Sam Riley | Sr Technical Recruiter Panzer Solutions LLC 45 Stuart Ave, K Norwalk CT 06850 USA Email: s...@panzersolutions.com Direct: 201-710-8278 -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
