*6months * * * *Rate: $40/hr max * * * * * *Responsibilities:* This position will be part of the Vendor Management / Vendor On-boarding group responsible for audit validation of vendor data as it relates to Service Level Agreements. This position will require the development of *a Microsoft Access database*to be used in the analytics of machine automated ticket data. In addition this position will provide the in depth *analysis of SLA data*. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: manage own workflow for assigned technical functions, assist with work assignments of peer staff and off-shore resources, development of database and processes and ensure quality of project deliverables and work with team to ensure project deliverables are aligned and department validation standards. *Required Qualifications:* Minimum 4 years experience with *Microsoft Access and MySQL.* Previous experience working with *Service Level Agreements*, *Metrics and Operational Level Agreements *would be a plus. The candidate must be a self-starter able to work independently with well developed analytical and strategic thinking skills. The candidate must be able to help drive key processes from concept to completion with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must. Demonstrated consultative skills and the ability to interface with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds are required. Must work well in a team and be able to effectively partner with other development resources. A strong work ethic is a must.
