Location: *Seattle, WA* Length: *3-6 Months * *Interview Loop: 30 minutes phone interview-1 hour in person with hiring manager*** *Managers Notes: * Resource needed to overcome technical challenges of performance load tests for CRM system implementation to do performance testing on Sieble through web services. Interview loop will be one 30min-1hr face to face with manager, they are hoping to get someone on board as soon as possible. *Must have Skill Sets:* Performance load testing Visual Studio (2005,2008,2010 would be great) C# is a huge requirement web services Test automation Sieble is a bonus *Soft Skills:* -good communication -strong interpersonal skills -SBUX is a mellow environment *About the project:* CRM is running the Starbucks loyalty card program. The management of the program is run by Sieble. There is a system in place already, but they are migrating away from it. Uses waterfall methodology. 1st rollout of backend process is scheduled for Nov. 15 and second deadline is in January. The contract will go through January with the possibility of extension. Team is 6 people, including manager. The Development team is hosted by Oracle, however the SDET's have easy communication to them.
